This particular team that you would be working with has just formed and offers you an opportunity to help shape content and customer products on day one. Your initial focus will be writing articles and updates for the company’s newsletters. You will be published to an audience of national and international conservative thinkers, and will help in the research and writing of impactful socio-economic and political reports. You will be working with world-renowned figures. This is an excellent opportunity to get hands on experience. Qualifications: – Four-year degree in journalism, political science, history, economics, English or other relevant business- or editorial-related major – Excellent writing and editing skills (This above all else is the most important as you will be writing under deadline) – A history of successful research projects and knowledge of online research tools, including search engines, current event sites and so on – Enjoys working in a collaborative environment – A highly entrepreneurial attitude and desire to learn about the socio-political industry Preferences: – One or two years of professional writing or editing experience – Knowledge of or interest in the following sectors: conservative news, political debate, and socio-political commentary – Experience working in a deadline-driven environment The company has an excellent benefits package that includes health, dental and vision insurance.
